Celebrating 10 years: The importance of ongoing evaluation

In collaboration with external evaluators over the past 10 years we have continued to develop an evaluation framework emphasising ownership, skills development, growth and learning. From audience surveys, utilising post-activity evaluation forms, organising reflection meetings, and focusing on case studies to showcase the program's diversity our evaluation is not merely a reporting exercise but a tool for continuous improvement.

In this video Sajida Carr, Director of Operations and Development at Creative Black Country and Vishalakshi Roy, director at Earthen Lamp share their insights.

Celebrating 10 Years Films have been filmed and edited by Koru Films.
