Creative Black Country has been awarded £999,999 as part of Arts Council England's largest ever Creative People and Places (CPP) Portfolio, which sees £42 million invested in 45 programmes from 2026–29.

It’s strange to think back to the start of the year when our main concerns were which venues could we host community engagement events and when best to schedule them for maximum take-up (remember those days before the words ’social distancing’ became part of our everyday vocabulary).

Creative Black Country has been awarded £1,403,154 of National Lottery funding through Arts Council England’s Creative People and Places programme (CPP) to expand its current CPP activity to include Dudley, in partnership with Black Country Living Museum and Dudley Council for Voluntary Service.
