Three 15 Tipton - Join us for half term fun with Tipton in Bloom

Join us for half term fun with Tipton in Bloom - Botanical Mapping. A Creative Drop-In Session for All Ages.

🗓️ Tuesday 17th February 2026.

🕐 1pm-3pm

📍Glebefields Library, Glebefields Estate, St Mark's Rd, Tipton DY4 0SZ

Free & Flexible: Drop in for 10 minutes or stay for the whole session

What’s it about?

Help us re-imagine Tipton ’s urban landscape! We are using art to highlight the town's hidden nature, from the Tipton Canal and Sheepwash Nature Reserve to the wildflower patches in Victoria Park.

The Activity:

Join us to create a collaborative "Green Map" of our town. You’ll use botanical and wildlife stencils and collage techniques (flowers, leaves, and local fauna) to layer nature over a map of Tipton's streets and industrial areas.

No Art Skills Needed: If you can hold a stencil, you can take part!

Share Your Stories: Tell us about your favourite local walking spot or the wildlife you’ve spotted in your garden.

This event is part of Three 15 - bringing culture closer to home in Tipton, Smethwick and Wednesbury. Building on more than a decade of Creative People & Places work in the Black Country, we're making it easier than ever to access brilliant arts and cultural experiences right in your neighbourhood.

This workshop is hosted by Creative Black Country in association with Glebefields Library and Black Country Housing Group.
