Volunteering Futures - Willing Hands make things happen

Wolverhampton Art Festival 2023 is now underway, and it’s all down to a fantastic team of volunteers. Right the way through from the organisers who came up with the idea, to the team of extra hands helping over this weekend, it’s voluntary effort that has really made this event happen.

From 6.00 in the morning volunteers were getting handy with the cable ties! By 10am the site was ready to receive artists and host workshops.

Not long after the event opened, the first workshop was full of active artists trying their hand at water colours.
