Doing things differently
Since developing CBC’s pilot project ENTER as part of Cultural Bridge in 2021, a partnership programme between UK and Germany, CBC have been rediscovering the importance of building European relationships in the Black Country, and how we do this differently.

Creative Connections- 2 Meters Ap-Art Community Portraits Art Exhibition
2 Meters Ap-Art Community Portraits Art Exhibition - An Outdoor Public Art Show by Ade Wressell. Monday 3rd May - Friday 18th June @ Walsall Creative Factory. The Exhibition is a collection of black and white portraiture photographs that tell the story of the Butts diverse community, celebrating identity and togetherness, whilst being kept apart during Covid-19.
Creative Connections - Yam Cams Has launched
Yam Cams is a new photography project, that launched this month, which aims to inspire people to photograph everyday life in the four Black Country boroughs: Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.
Creative Connections: CBC Sun Prints by Caitriona Dunnett
Caitriona Dunnett is an Irish artist based in the West Midlands. She investigates memory and its subjective, personal and forgotten narratives through nineteenth century photographic techniques. CBC Sun prints will engage 20 families from the Black Country in one of the earliest forms of photography.
Girl Gaze launch at BLAST! Photo Festival
Saturday 25th May saw the launch of the Black Country leg of Girl Gaze at the British Muslim School in West Bromwich as part of the new BLAST! Photo Festival by Multistory.

Multistory are hosting a number of events over the next few weeks to celebrate collaborations, book launches and their new festival BLAST!
