Andre Reid is a designer, Maker and Researcher who is actively working towards reimagining Walsall as a town of full of creative practice and home of innovation. The Abundance in Walsall project aims to profile the wealth of arts and cultural activities available in Walsall town, through the creation of an online interactive, arts map & directory.

My current work through my practice KIONDO, involves working in and between communities to help them make their worlds more interesting, fun and fulfilling by embedding them in the design and making of their local areas.

I will be working with illustrated map artist, Tom Woolley and UX Designer, Sush Kelly.

This work will act a launchpad for the deep work I am investing into Walsall: its image; its creative strategy; and its arts & cultural infrastructure so that Walsall becomes a better place to live, work & visit for all.
